Tacoma Community Event Yearly CDA Auction

CDA-Community-AuctionDistrict businesses, it is time to donate to our wonderful yearly Cross Districts Association (CDA) Auction. Every year, the CDA puts on an auction to raise money that will benefit Tacoma community as a whole. The auction will take place October 19th and while that seems far away, it’s never too early begin preparations and planning. The goal is for each district to sell 10 tickets, $70 each. Besides raising revenue to benefit the different districts and the Tacoma community, businesses will also have a chance to receive exposure on our Experience Tacoma website through banner ads given based on the amount donated. Give back to your community and district while also helping to bring more awareness for your business at the same time.

There are three different levels of exposure than you can acquire. Platinum is $1,000 item or cash donation that will give 6 months of exposure with a banner ad on the Experience Tacoma website. Gold is a $500 item or cash donation that will give 3 months of exposure with a banner ad on the website. Silver is a $250 item or cash donation that will give 1 month of exposure on the website. These banner ads are subject to availability so donate now to save your spot on the website!

The procurement letter has already been sent to your business so all you have to do now is send in your donation as soon as possible! We are hoping to get around 200 items to auction off this year. We are very excited to share this community event with all of the business districts of Tacoma!

The auction will be held at the Rotunda on the University of Puget Sound campus and will have beer & wine tasting, heavy hors d’oeuvres and some great items to be won!
