Suspend from the ceiling in a cocoon of fabric to enhance your sound bath experience to the fullest – float away on a healing cloud of sound. Or ground yourself on the floor without suspension as healing sounds wash over you. Join Christina & Paul and Cilly Fitness for an evening of deep relaxation, mediation and chakra balancing through the power of sound. Christina will lead participants through a short, guided meditation to prepare the body and mind before enveloping you with vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls, crystal qua…rtz bowls, tingshas bells, chimes, a drum and wind gong.

Cocoons are limited to 10 participants and requires a 20 min. early arrival for entering and exiting yoga hammocks (holds up to 1000lbs.).
