In the heat of the moment, as we lose our cool, we also lose our peaceful mind and our ability to be rational and thoughtful. We call these delusions and they can have a hugely disruptive impact on our life. In this half day course learn methods to keep a peaceful mind. In How To Solve Our Human Problems an explanation is given that if we can recognize our negative trains of thought we can respond to them constructively and eliminate them. There will be no danger that we repress negativity and we will be able to remain peaceful and act with wisdom.
