The type of fast, muscular aircraft made famous in the 1942 Doolittle Raid during WWII will be on public exhibition at Tacoma Narrows Airport.

The B-25J ‘Maid in the Shade’ is one of the Commemorative Air Force’s combat aircraft based at its world-famous museum based in Mesa, Arizona. In addition to ground tours of the aircraft — rides in the aircraft are offered $395 waist gunner seats, $650 jump seats in nose – for reservations contact 480-322-5503 or email b25rc@azcaf.org.
