Emerald Queen Casino’s Taste of Tacoma® presented by BECU is the “Ultimate Summer Get Together” featuring over 40+ restaurants & vendors, all-new South Sound Bites local restaurant showcase, craft & commercial goods vendors, live music on 4 stages, live cooking demonstrations & cook-offs at The Taste Cooks! stage, the Rose Garden which includes The Wine Bar and the Craft Beer Tasting, outdoor beer gardens, the Funtastic Carnival & more! #TasteYourSummer

South Sound Bites – NEW!

ALL-NEW South Sound Bites is a local restaurant showcase featuring a unique four-course entree/plate meal for one low price! Plus, it’s all in a cafe style setting. The new attraction was driven by community interest to try more top-notch restaurants in the Tacoma region at the festival!

Taste Cooks!

This year the Taste of Tacoma brings back the very popular Taste Cooks!, a high-energy culinary demonstration stage hosted by Amanda Westbrooke from TV Tacoma. Come learn how to create the recipes of some of your favorite Tacoma chefs at home! Located just north of the restaurants.

Craft Beer Tasting

Sample and sip the best craft beers in the area at the ALL NEW Craft Beer Tasting sponsored by ALT 102.9. Guests 21 or over can choose from local craft beers available throughout the weekend. WHERE: Rose Garden COST: $20 for a tasting package which includes five 5.5 ounce pours in a commemorative tasting glass. HOURS: Each day from 11am – close.

The Wine Bar
