DESCRIPTION:White Tara is the Buddha of long life\, wisdom and good fortune
 . The empowerment is a blissful guided meditation through which we make a 
 deep connection with this inspiring Buddha and receive her healing\, joyfu
 l and protective blessings.\nThe empowerment commentary will focus on the 
 tantric meditation practice known as self-generation. These imaginative me
 ditations help us to develop White Tara’s special qualities swiftly and 
 easily.\nWhen we connect to White Tara we are connecting to a completely p
 ure life energy that will have a healing effect on our body and mind. We
 ’re connecting to the enlightened wisdom that will help to dispel the in
 ner darkness and confusion within our mind.\nThrough connecting to this en
 lightened positive energy\, which we call merit\, a great good fortune wil
 l fill us. White Tara bestows the kind of energy that gets things done and
