DESCRIPTION:*Please signup online before class.\n\nWind down your weekend w
 ith a yoga class and live music by Big Sky Mind at West of the Waterway. W
 hen we slow down\, we feel centered\, grounded and present. This 75-minute
  Slow Flow focuses on mindful movement\, strength\, steadiness and resolve
 . Yoga beginners are welcome but an active lifestyle is recommended.\n\n5:
 00-6:15 pm | Candlelit yoga with live music\n\n6:15-7:00 pm | Samples from
  Imperfect Produce\, more live music AND the Liz Rocks Foundation (Tacoma-
 based volunteer-run non-profit)\n\nEvery person in attendance will receive
  a raffle ticket and be eligible for a chance to win a Liz Rocks Adventure
  Bag! Additional gear will be raffled off and tickets can be purchased for
  $5 each or 5 for $20. There will also be Liz Rocks apparel for sale\, inc
 luding tees\, tanks\, sweatshirts\, thermals\, beanies\, tote bags\, and p
 uffy jackets.\n\nAll proceeds support the foundation's mission to provide 
 underrepresented youth with the opportunity to reach new peaks through mou
 ntain activities. In the last few years they have raised $150k for a free 
 outdoor public climbing wall\, taken 30 students snowshoeing on Mt. Rainie
 r and provided two 9-day mountaineering scholarships. They are currently w
 orking on a Liz Rocks Adventurers course at Swan Creek in Tacoma. The more
