 orld of limitation. We feel that real\, lasting happiness is not possible\
 , that we are stuck in our bad habits\, and that whatever happiness is pos
 sible comes from external things. In this way\, we set ourselves up for a 
 life of dissatisfaction.\n\nBuddha’s teachings on the real nature of thi
 ngs\, often referred to as ultimate truth or emptiness help us to let go o
 f mistaken limitations and instead to experience a joyful and deeply satis
 fying world of limitless possibilities. Buddha’s teachings on emptiness 
 are subtle\, challenging\, invigorating\, and profoundly life-changing.\n\
 nIn this public talk\, we will be introduced to these profound exploration
 s of reality\, so we ca come to see how this wisdom applies practically in
