DESCRIPTION:When we love others\, we naturally feel warm-hearted toward the
 m and wish for them to be happy.  In this retreat we will improve our con
 centration on love using traditional Buddhist meditations that help us to 
 increase our love for others so that we instinctively show them kindness a
