DESCRIPTION:The Blacktop Rebels CC are proud to present the 4th Annual Hill
 top Street Fair &amp\; Car Show.\n\nAll car makes and models are welcome (
 classics\, hotrods\, tuners\, lowriders\, etc). Prizes will be awarded reg
 ardless of vehicle categories.\n\nRegistration can be completed online at 
 www.blacktoprebelscc.com. Preregister to save $5 and get a FREE dash plaqu
 e.\n\nCar Show: 10am - 3pm (Registration Begins at 9am)\nPreregistration: 
 $15 (Free Dash Plaque)\nDay of Registration: $20\n\nStreet Fair: 11am - 7p
